Using the App to control your Tesla vehicle is at your own risk. I am not responsible for any physical damage to your vehicle, its occupants, or any third party that may occur while using the App to control your Tesla.

If your vehicle or any belongings inside it are stolen because someone uses the App to unlock your car, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage.

While the App is designed to be consistently available and we have the permission to sell, please note that the App Store maintains authority over all apps on its platform, including ours. As a result, the availability of the lifetime plan cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. In the rare event that the App becomes unavailable due to App Store actions, we regret that refunds cannot be provided for lifetime plans under such circumstances. Please note that the term "lifetime plans" refers to one of the plans you purchased within our app, which offers monthly, annual, and lifetime options
