Terms of Service of Teri

  1. Acceptance of Terms By registering, logging in, or using Teri (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  2. Description of Service (1) Streaming and real-time display of Tesla vehicle data via the official Tesla API. (2) Email notifications of vehicle status changes. (3) Additional features as described in the most up-to-date Service documentation. Teri is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. If Tesla API access is interrupted or modified, the Company shall bear no liability for resulting limitations.

  3. Data Authorization You authorize the Company to process your Email, VIN, vehicle data, and Crash diagnostics strictly for providing and maintaining the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  4. User Obligations • Provide accurate and current registration information. • Safeguard account credentials; notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use. • Refrain from any illegal, infringing, or Service-disruptive activities.

  5. Fees and Refunds • Pricing (monthly, annual, or lifetime plans) is as displayed in the App Store. • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via Apple’s “Report a Problem” page and are subject to Apple’s policies.

Lifetime Plan Specific Terms A “Lifetime Plan” grants continuous access to designated features for as long as the App remains available. While we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the App, the App Store or other third-party platforms retain ultimate control over distribution. Should the App become unavailable due to third-party actions, we may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your Lifetime Plan or offer an equivalent substitute service. Such cases fall outside Apple’s standard refund process. (See also Section 8.)

  1. Risk Assumption and Disclaimer 6-1 You acknowledge that using the App to control your Tesla vehicle is at your own risk. Except for damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or third-party claims arising from such use. 6-2 If your vehicle or belongings are stolen because someone uses the App to unlock your car, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage, unless it can be proven that such loss results from a security defect in our system.

  2. Age Restriction The Service is available only to users aged 16 or older. Registration requires ticking “I am at least 16 years old.”

  3. Modification and Termination The Company may add, modify, suspend, or terminate the Service in whole or in part at any time. If such termination affects a Lifetime Plan, refunds or substitute services will be handled as set forth in Section 5. You may delete your account at any time, and data will be deleted immediately as set out in the Privacy Policy.

  4. Intellectual Property All content of the Service (including code, trademarks, and design) is owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

  5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12-month period.

  6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute not resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
